Cornea surgery requires detailed data of the 3D structure of cornea layers. A software application for the analysis and visualization of the very high frequency ultrasound scanning system data of the cornea is presented. The application produces 3D images manipulable by the viewer and surface rendering of these modeled surfaces depict clinically useful data, particularly the local thickness of individual layers.
