Abstract

A method of treatment of recurrent renal pelvic tumors in a solitary kidney via transcutaneous ileopyelostomy fiberoptic fulguration using the flexible colonoscope is presented. This technique may be of use in the treatment of the unusual problem of recurrent renal pelvic tumors in a solitary kidney.
