Abstract

We recently encountered a case of tracheobronchomegaly that was not diagnosed by repeated chest radiographic examinations but later was shown clearly with CT. The detection of tracheobronchomegaly by CT is simple and straightforward. We believe that with wide application of CT to patients with recurrent pulmonary infection, more cases of tracheobronchomegaly can be identified in the future.
