Abstract

These rare malignant gynecologic tumors are managed chiefly through surgery. Adjuvant radiation or chemotherapy, however, shows some promise for at least two of the three major subgroups of uterine sarcoma, says the chair of a current GOG study, who gives a general overview of adjuvant therapy.
