Abstract

We describe a woman with vasculitic neuropathy and essential mixed cryoglobulinemia. Immunologically mediated demyelination and nerve ischemia, the latter either a result of vasa nervorum obstruction by cryoglogulins or secondary to vasa nervorum vasculitis, are the mechanisms most often associated with this neuropathy.
