The CO2 system in seawater

Frank J Millero

Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

About 40% of the carbon dioxide added to the atmosphere by fossil fuel burning is thought to be going into the oceans. This article summarizes a number of research studies and measurements made on the thermodynamics and the carbonate system in the world oceans. -J.M.McLaughlin
