A simultaneous stereoscopic system for anterior segment fluorescein angiography has been developed, using several parts of a commercially available stereoscopic microscope coupled to a motor-driven camera body and a high-power illuminator. With this method, rapid-sequence photography permits accurate pinpointing of fluorescein leakage sites. The simultaneousness of the system eliminates the problem of patient movement and will give accurate and constant stereoscopic photographs. Thus, three-dimensional features of the anterior segment can be photogrammatically measured.
