N2 - An improved method for anterior segment fluorescein angiography was achieved by using a 200 mm lens with an automatic diaphragm, coupled to a motor-driven camera body. A special lighting system, providing high intensity illumination, coupled with an automatic diaphragm which allows critical focusing, enabled us to obtain excellent photographic results. Resolution in the order of 10 μm was obtained.
