Abstract
The case history of a patient with prosopagnosia, right homonymous hemianopia, dyschromatopsia, two dimensional visual object agnosia and amnesic aphasia is recorded. An attempt is made to clinically localize the lesions which may have caused this defect. Some relevant literature on this subject is reviewed.
