Specimens of the form (Formula presented) are utilized to study the effect of electron doping on the magnetic saturation moment (Formula presented) The systematic behavior of (Formula presented) vs x is understood through a phenomenological model which suggests the existence of local ferromagnetic regions within the antiferromagnetic host for (Formula presented).
