Abstract
A review of all cases of nocardiosis in a large hospital in South Florida over the last 6 years was conducted. There were 25 cases of nocardiosis and 76% of them were also infected with HIV. Of the HIV infected patients, all of them had CD4 counts less than 100 cells/mm3 and most cases were localized in the lungs.
