New treatment for the inadequate luteal phase

Abstract

An infertile patient with diagnosed inadequate luteal phase failed to conceive after clomiphene citrate but did become pregnant after she was treated with human menopausal gonadotrophins. This is the first report of the use of human menopausal gonadotrophins in treating this infertility problem.
