Modulation of coherence and polarization properties of beams for communication and LIDAR systems operating in atmospheric turbulence

Abstract

We will demonstrate the ability of such statistical properties of light sources as states of coherence and polarization to improve performance of LaserCom and LIDAR systems operating through turbulent atmosphere.
