Abstract
The selection of a purchasing software (PS) system is a complicated process. The overall satisfaction derived from a system depends on many variables. This study analyzes the influence of PS predictor variables on overall satisfaction. This study confirms the theories that suggest that ease of operation, computer reliability, and technical support are the major determinants of overal computer user satisfaction. The factors identified were used in the design of a PS Microcomputer Diagnostic System.
