Abstract

The fifth case of carcinoma within a penile horn is reported in a patient who also had erythroplasia of Queyrat of the glans penis. Penile horns should be considered as pre-malignant lesions, since a third of them undergo malignant change and they may be associated with a premalignant condition of the glans penis.
