Abstract

Peng et al. use a key DNA methylation gene DNMT3B as a reporter to screen a CRISPR library against a focused group of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), and they identify that lncRNA RMST functions as a positive regulator for DNMT3B by interaction with the mRNA-stabilizing factor HuR.
