Abstract
We read with great interest the article comparing physostigmine and naloxone in the treatment of acute heroin overdose (Rupreht and Dwodacek, Journal of Toxicology: Clinical Toxicology, 21(3), 387-397, 1984). However, we take issue with a number of points in the study and in the interpretation of the data submitted.
