The present research study factor analyzes traditional survey-questionnaires for Management Information Systems (MIS) evaluation in order to construct a Principal Factor Conversion Function (PFCF). The PFCF will be used in several ways. First, for exploratory purposes, this analysis will discover the principal factor(s) of the traditional questionnaire and rank-order them (it) according to dominance. A second purpose is to test the potential of data reduction without significant loss of information (reducing redundancy). The third purpose is a comparison of the traditional manual evaluation to a condensed computerized interactive MIS evaluation.
