Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of significant computer advantages on overall computer user satisfaction as determined by multiple regression. The number of users happy with response time, number of user responses, and number of systems represented are found to be the most significant variables affecting overall satisfaction, whereas the average system life and the delivery of software ahead of schedule have the least significant effect in the user-satisfaction model.
