Abstract

The diagnosis of right-to-left and left-to-right cardiac shunts in patients with complicated atrial septal defects is illustrated by indicator dilution curves following injections of indocyanine green. The lesions illustrated are Ebstein's anomaly of the tricuspid valve, total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage, tricuspid atresia and left anomalous pulmonaryvein.
