Previous studies on IgE serum levels in psoriasis are conflicting. The present work was undertaken to evaluate the serum levels of IgE and their correlations with clinical features in 37 patients with psoriasis. Examination of IgE serum levels showed statistically significant values higher than normal when the extent of skin involved was more than 50%.
