Abstract

Ten cases of gunshot wounds of the ureter are presented. Advocated management includes preoperative radiographic evaluation, adequate debridement of the injury, watertight spatulated anastomosis, the use of ureteral splints, and the use of nephrostomy tubes in specific cases.
