Abstract

Presents a voyage estimating system, an automated accounting system for the control and evaluation of costs for a specified vessel voyage. The operations simulation model allows the operational environment to be experimentally controlled. Changes include the replacement of vessels, the expansion of port product storage capacities, and reconfiguration of delivery patterns.-from Authors
