Estimation of Parameters in Binomial Crossover Designs

Abstract

Maximum Likelihood Estimation of order and treatment effects are derived for Binomial Crossover Designs. All estimators and estimated covariance and variances have closed forms and can be easily evaluated. These results are useful for use in multi‐center clinical trials.
