Abstract
The detection of ESR signals of AuGd with the aid of a Josephson junction as a microwave generator and detector is demonstrated. Used as an 'in situ' spectrometer, the point contact is expected to be a continuously tunable oscillator-detector from 10**7 to 10**1**2 Hz.
