ESR IN SITU OF A JOSEPHSON TUNNEL JUNCTION.

Abstract

The ESR in situ of a Nb-Au-Nb SNS junction is reported. The Au was alloyed with 100 to 1000 ppm Gd and **1**6**7Er respectively. The crystal field splitting for Gd and the hyperfine splitting for Er**1**6**7 are detected in the I-V characteristic.
