Abstract

The intracellular recordings through a microelectrode have markedly contributed to a better understanding of electrocardiography. The aim of this work is to present the correlation existing between the action potential and the electrocardiogram recorded by peripheral skin leads or surface electrocardiogram. This statement is made in the form of programmed teaching.
