Abstract
A two-year study of three dialysis patients who participated in a low-risk exercise program indicated improved muscle endurance. Psychological testing suggested improvements in mood and self-rated status of certain 'life areas' or parameters. Applicability of the easily adopted program, and its potential advantages and disadvantages, are explored.
