Abstract

A previous report in this journal1 discussed pacinginduced reverse alternating Wenckebach periods (RAWP) in a pediatric cardiac population. The present communication, on the other hand, deals not only with this phenomenon in adult patients, but supplies additional information regarding the atrioventricular (AV) nodal conduction ratios at which the arrhythmia under consideration occurs.
