Dynamic hologram recording on an azo-containing polymer-liquid crystal hybrid system

Abstract

Holograms with significantly improved diffraction efficiency are recorded on a new Azo-containing polymer-liquid crystal hybrid composite film, allowing dynamic recording and readout. Local heating can facilitate hologram erasure for re-recording. OSA 2012.
