Abstract

A new approach to the study of structure in solids and liquids by pulsed NMR is described. Examples of diffraction by ordered and disordered systems are given together with examples of two-dimensional image formation, in which spin density micrographs are formed from their one-dimensional density projections. Factors affecting resolution are discussed. Refs.
