Abstract
This chapter details the steps in performing Darrach’s Procedure to treat disruption and/or arthritis of the distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ). The distal ulna is osteotomized and completely removed. Indications, essential steps, postoperative care, and sample operative dictation are included.
