Congenital mesoblastic nephroma (leiomyomatous hamartoma): First adult case

Abstract

A case of congenital mesoblastic nephroma in an adult female 31 yr old is reported. The primary clinical significance of this tumor is in its close resemblance to Wilms tumor and the consequent danger of using radical therapy for a benign disease.
