Abstract

Computed tomography (CT) was used to obtain images of the vertebrae and spinal canal. The normal CT anatomy of the lower lumbar spinal canal is demonstrated. Examples of spinal stenosis caused by degenerative spondylosis, postfusion hypertrophy, and pseudospondylolisthesis are presented.
