Presentation of Case A 76-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of pain about the right hip. There was a history of the radiographic detection of osteosclerotic lesions of the lumbosacral spine, pelvis, right femur, and ribs; some of the lesions were observed at least 29 years earlier, showed little change over the years, and were ascribed to fibrous dysplasia.
