Carrier Dynamics between the Ordered and Disordered Orthorhombic Lattice Domains in Methylammonium Lead Iodide Perovskite

Abstract

The carrier dynamics between the ordered and disordered orthorhombic lattice domains in methylammonium lead iodide perovskite are measured. Emission from disordered domain is visible within 250fs, accessing intermediate states inbetween and coupling to coherent phonon.
