Abstract

Studies of the detection of HIV antigen and antibody following HIV infection in persons receiving immunosuppressive medications, and the clinical evaluation of immunosuppressed persons with a known date of HIV infection have been limited. We have evaluated 3 persons who were receiving immunosuppressive therapy at the time they were acutely infected with HIV.
