Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Four infants with granulocytopenia (100-880/mm3) are described. All four had previously received antipyretic therapy with aminopyrine. The granulocytopenia was transient and was not associated with serious complications. Recovery was spontaneous in all four. A plea is made for withdrawal of this drug from clinical use.
