A radiotracer study of air-water exchange of synthetic organic compounds

Abstract

A simple radiotracer technique was used to determine the Henry's Law Constants for some prevalent organic pollutants. The effects of salinity, organic co-solutes and degree of chlorination were studied. The results obtained with this technique are in good agreement with the few other data available in the literature.
