R. Bullock

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

A simple long-blade modification of the Cloward's anterior cervical retractor system has been developed for transoral surgery. A patient with severe basilar invagination is described, in whom the retractor system greatly facilitated access to the atlas and odontoid.
